About me

I studied painting in the Art Faculty at University of Nicolaus Copernicus in Toruń under the guidance of professor Wojciech Sadley. My work has appeared in many national ,regional groups and individual exhibitions. I received a number of awards for painting and drawing.

My work skirts the boundary between abstract ad representational art. I am fascinated by the expressive qualities of the human form- both portrait and full body- though I have little interest in particular features. I am  rather focused on the inner world that inspires them , and the way the bodys natural fluidity expresses that inner drive both in gesture and pose, thoughts, feelings, imaginings and all the other fleeting human moments. In that sense I am most interested in capturing what threatens to disappear at every moment.
